Microtel Inn & Suites Chili/Rochester

We met some very helpful and courteous staff. True, Erica and Brittany. They made our stay much better than most places. They went out of their way to make sure all was well.

Room was very large and beds were extremely comfortable. Facilities were in good condition and the breakfast area was very well stocked and included a pancake maker for a hot breakfast! The coffee was GREAT! Staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. We were exhausted and beyond stressed when we arrived at almost 0200, and the lady on the desk that night made everything as simple and quick as possible so we could get to sleep.

Nice grounds to walk my dog. Close to convenience stores, banks, gas stations. Building very attractive with curb appeal.

My family and I have stayed here a few times now and it is always a pleasant stay. The evening front desk woman was wonderful; very personable and helpful when I needed her. Staff have always been nice and helpful every stay.

We appreciated the help and kindness of the staff. The breakfast was adequate. My wife had problems with the cleanliness of the rooms, mine was fine.
